Power of Discourse Consulting
Power of Discourse Consulting (PoD-C) is an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) firm that supports a range of community and business organizations varying in size, demographics, and organizational structure across the country. PoD-C was co-founded by three Black women to foster inclusive and equitable spaces through transformative dialogue and initiatives. PoD-C incorporates sound research and our lived experiences in all our work which includes, creating resources, conducting audits, developing strategic plans and frameworks, and delivering anti-racism learning and development opportunities.
