We are excited to announce that the community of Peel has been selected for the Participatory Grantmaking Pilot! We would like to thank all of the communities and collaboratives for submitting letters of interest.
Tamarack’s internal research and the following criteria were used to identify a community to partner with for the pilot project: population make-up, community readiness, assets and opportunities and recognized needs. The community collaborative Peel Newcomer Strategy Group (PNSG) made a strong case for the Peel community.
