Collaborative Leadership, Articles

As leaders of change initiatives or organizations, we seek to make a difference in the world – to effect change that impacts the lives of others. But as leaders, we must also recognize the important role self-awareness and self-care play in our work. When we are most ourselves we feel capable, optimistic, and resilient. Louise explores these concepts in her article (Im)possible Leadership and offers a number of vital strategies for managing emotions and moving forward in difficult times.
