(Im)possible Leadership

Collaborative Leadership, Publications

As leaders of change initiatives or organizations, we seek to make a difference in the world – to effect change that impacts the lives of others. But as leaders, we must also recognize the important role self-awareness and self-care play in our work. When we are most ourselves we feel capable, optimistic, and resilient. With good emotional energy we experience vitality, feel confident, take risks, and recover quickly. Louise explores these concepts in her article (Im)possible Leadership and offers a number of vital strategies for managing emotions and moving forward in difficult times.
