GUIDE | Tamarack's Guidelines for Working Remotely

Tools, Remote Work, Working Remotely

We're sharing our own guide for working remotely to support the organizations and workers that are transitioning to remote work in the coming weeks.

The Tamarack Institute operates as a remote organization, and we have created this guide to build a sense of understanding and awareness of what it means to work remotely. New Tamarack staff are given this guide as part of their on-boarding process, and we hope it will prove helpful to those who are transitioning to remote work across Canada and beyond.

The Tamarack Institute is a connected force for community change. We work with leaders in non-profits, governments, businesses and the community to make work of advancing positive community change easier and more effective. We do this by teaching and writing about collective impact, community engagement, collaborative leadership, community development, and evaluating community impact. We host two learning communities Cities Reducing Poverty and Cities Deepening Community turning theory into action.
