Mark Holmgren is the Executive Director of the Edmonton Community Development Company and a former Tamarack Director. He is known for his track record in developing social innovations, including the development of Upside Down Thinking, an approach to thinking differently, if not disruptively.
This three-part virtual workshop is designed specifically to build the capacity of Collective Impact backbone staff and leaders. It provides participants with a solid understanding of the theory and practice of Collective Impact, as well as the necessary tools to launch a successful Collective Impact effort.
