This article by Tamarack's Learning Centre provides a review of our five interconnected practice areas as we prepare for our Community Change Institute virtual experience.

The past two years have shifted how we engage with our communities, collaborate to address complex issues and measure impact. This article is a timely review of Tamarack’s five interconnected practices, with a focus on disruption and leadership. 
The pandemic as a crisis has revealed cracks in our institutions, programming, and communities. This is work we cannot do alone. Now more than ever, collaboration and authentic engagement are necessary to advance our collective work.

Since using the term, we as an organization have learned more about the origins of this word and its original uses. We want to acknowledge this history and communicate our desire to change which we are still developing as an organization.
