Here at CBYF we asked Phillip Mock to write about his experience on mentorship.  He writes about how in CBYF Chatham-Kent the term mentorship (small m) is a concept that has grown and evolved over the past 3 years. To him, mentorship is the building of mutually-beneficial relationships that are rooted in sharing, reciprocation, affection, and co-construction of goals.
