Le Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Program (SNAP) est un programme d’impact collectif qui favorise une approche globale pour mobiliser des partenaires et des membres de la communauté autour de l’action climatique et de la rénovation urbaine à l’échelle des quartiers.

Le programme a été conçu par l’Office de protection de la nature de Toronto et de la région (TRCA) pour aider les municipalités à surmonter les défis liés à la rénovation de communautés urbaines vieillissantes.
