Avec la pression de multiples demandes sur notre temps, nous nous précipitons souvent dans une collaboration sans prendre le temps de bien la démarrer et encore moins à bien à la conclure au moment opportun.

De nombreux efforts de collaboration se concentrent plutôt sur le « quoi » : l’objectif final de la collaboration plutôt que de s’assurer que les personnes autour de la table sont connectées, engagées et prêtes à atteindre avec succès le but commun ou l’objectif du processus de collaboration.

Le présent document traite de deux éléments essentiels du processus collaboratif : le démarrage et la conclusion. Un bon départ jette les bases d’une expérience collaborative efficace. Une conclusion solide crée une occasion de réflexion et d’apprentissage. Une conclusion bien menée crée également les conditions pour que les collaborations futures soient couronnées de succès.
