Cet outil d’auto-évaluation et de planification, fondé sur le document Les 5 phases de l’impact collectif de FSG, vous permet d’évaluer les progrès accomplis pour chacune des quatre « clés du succès » nécessaires pour solidement ancrer votre initiative d’impact collectif.

Il vous permet d’ajuster efficacement chacune des clés du succès au fur et à mesure que votre initiative évolue de l’une vers l’autre des cinq phases de l’impact collectif.

Cet outil a pour but d’aider votre groupe de leadership collaboratif à prendre un moment pour faire le point sur votre situation et les progrès accomplis vers la réalisation de votre initiative.
