PAPER | Making Sense of the Multiple Faces of Leadership

Collaborative Leadership, Liz Weaver, Leadership, Community Change Festival

This paper explores the multiple faces of leadership and draws from Weaver's years of experience in both implementing and supporting an array of community change efforts. The paper focuses on two central questions:

  • What similarities and differences exist between various approaches to leadership?
  • Which leadership approaches are best suited to help community changemakers achieve their desired impact?

This is the fourth paper in the 2018 Community Change Festival Series, highlighting each of the 5 interconnected practices essential for community change.
