Before joining Tamarack, Ruté worked with a non-profit organization, Waterloo Cooperative Residence Inc., helping place students in affordable housing. She also volunteers at a local non-profit, KidSport KW, working to get kids off the sidelines and into the sports they love.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters in Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo.
Outside work, she enjoys writing, swimming, hanging out with her family and friends and just being fun to be around!
