In our increasingly polarized world the ability to collaborate – when trust is low, stakes are high, and the people fundamentally disagree – is more important and more difficult than ever.
Tamarack has partnered with Adam Kahane, author and co-founder of Reos Partners for a virtual book club conversation around his latest book Collaborating with the Enemy (2nd Edition). The book contains new frameworks and practical exercises for how to work with people we disagree with, dislike and/or distrust to tackle the issues that matter most.
Drawing on more than thirty years of global experience, Adam shares and shares his proven methods, insights and updated strategies for how to work across deepening divides that are grounded in a fundamental shift in how to think about and approach collaboration.
This event is NOT a presentation. It is a discussion where Adam will join fellow-participants in reflecting, sharing, discussing and connecting the book’s ideas into practice.
About the Book
Collaborating with the Enemy explores how change actually happens in divided systems — not through consensus or control, but through courageous, creative collaboration with those we may not like, trust, or agree with. It’s an essential read for anyone working in complexity where the future depends on people working across deep difference. This includes:
