Collective Impact is a collaborative framework that supports community change efforts at the local, provincial and national scales. Developing a Common Agenda is one of the five core conditions for collective impact work. A common agenda includes not only a definition of a shared issue that partners across multiple sectors intend to address together but also includes partners' shared understanding of that issue; and their agreed-upon approach for how best to address it.
Once the shared goals of a Common Agenda are drafted, a Plan on a Page is created as a concise, one-page synthesis of the key elements of the community's collective impact approach.
As a program, CBYF has a Plan on a Page that helps to guide our network on the priorities we wish to accomplish together. You can view the CBYF Plan on a Page here.
