The Roles Needed to Implement Equity Work

Everyone plays vital roles in implementing an equity plan. Our roles vary based on our strengths, knowledges, and experiences, which evolve our worldview as we learn. You may also find yourself embodying multiple roles simultaneously based on what you have to offer. This tool helps team members identify and visualize their specific skill sets and the roles they often play in performing equity work. Once those roles are defined, teams can see where they are strongest, and what opportunities exist for filling gaps and expanding skillsets.
