PAPER | The Headwaters Community Well-Being Report

The Headwaters Community Well-Being Report, developed by the citizen group Headwaters Communities in Action (HCIA), is intended to raise public awareness and act as a catalyst for positive community change.  The report, which is grounded in extensive citizen input, profiles nine specific topic areas using both data measures and community stories. Since its launch it has be responsible for initiating more in-depth community conversations – across sectors and communities – throughout Dufferin County and the Town of Caledon.
