It started in 2011 with a small group of changemakers and grew into the Global Roundtable for Community Change. These passionate leaders were interested in the intersection between citizen voice and community impact. They also explored the differences and similarities of community change efforts across different country experiences.
This year, the Global Roundtable for Community Change is hosting an ‘un-conference conference’ on Comm&unity, June 19 – 22, 2018 in Haifa, Israel. The gathering will be a unique learning experience where changemakers from around the globe will gather together, share their experiences and explore the themes of social activism; multi-culturalism; and arts, culture and young people.
The Comm&unity un-conference will be a unique experience. Not only will participants be able to meet their global changemaker colleagues, they will be able to explore the themes from a placemaking perspective.
