Ending Homelessness in Canada: A Study of 10-Year Plans in 4 Canadian Cities

The Research Alliance for Canadian Homelessness, Housing and Health (REACH3) examined and evaluated the degree to which municipal and community-based plans were making progress towards ending homelessness, and identified the factors that facilitated or impeded plan success in four cities across Canada.
