The Survey was a partnership between the Tamarack Institute, the Co-operators Group, the Canadian Council for Youth Prosperity, and Youthful Cities. The objective was to gain perspectives from youth and employers to help create a guide for youth and employers on the future of work. 300 youth and 350 employers were surveyed for this project.
