This webinar recording features a conversation with members of the [Kheprw Institute](https://kheprw.org/) (pronounced KEP-rah), an Indianapolis, Indiana, organization that helps train young leaders to become important assets in their communities.

Together, we unpacked the meaning of self-mastery as it relates to community development, how we can use gifts and assets to empower communities and the importance of centering people in your work.
