This spring, the Government of Ontario embarked on the single largest modernization to Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) ever, making tuition free for low and moderate-income families, reducing costs for many middle-income families, and turning a complicated grant and loan system into a streamlined system geared to increase accessibility and flexibility for students.
