Mark Cabaj explores Vibrant Communities' revised shared evaluation framework and provide more information about how you can use it to your benefit. VC has been working with several of our Cities Reducing Poverty members and professional consultants over the past year to test our shared framework, with the aim of developing a comprehensive method that is packaged to measure overall progress.
