Communities across Canada are developing promising solutions to build more equitable, resilient and future-ready neighbourhoods, from inclusionary zoning to retrofitting. Here, the authors discuss the impacts of climate change and housing affordability on communities, providing examples of solutions to address this interconnected challenge while presenting a list of guiding questions to take action at the community level.
