For changemakers, this is a time of tremendous opportunity as well as a time of challenge. While there is widely shared acceptance that new approaches and skills are needed, knowing what those skills are and investing time to develop and practice them isn’t always so easy even when we know it will enable us to be more effective and efficient in advancing meaningful and lasting change.
