Our climate future: Weaving reflections from Community Climate Transitions' second National Gathering

Over two days, Community Climate Transition’s second Communities Taking Climate Action gathering convened over 220 changemakers from across so-called Canada. Guided by emcees Abhay Singh Sachal and Layla Belmahi, the gathering bridged wisdoms, sectors, and geographies to craft a learning journey grounded in care, co-creation, courageous leadership, and collectivizing the work of climate action.

Co-creation for Sustainability Transitions: Insights from London, Ontario

In September of 2023, researchers from the global GOGREEN research study on co-creation for sustainability transitions traveled to London, Ontario. They sought to learn from community members about the work of Climate Action London, a member of Tamarack’s Community Climate Transitions network, and the ways it has used co-creation to develop innovative strategies to address climate change.

Announcing Our New Advisory Group of 11 Climate and Equity Leaders

In May 2023, Tamarack’s Community Climate Transitions (CCT) formed an Advisory Group of experts and practitioners to guide our efforts in addressing the challenges posed by climate change. Supported by the Definity Insurance Foundation, the group met virtually for the first time in May and will continue to meet several times a year.
