This tool is particularly useful when exploring an issue from several different perspectives. Each hat focuses on a subject area and endeavours to incite collective conservation about said topic. This makes it easier to understand each other’s point of view as well as organize the group's thoughts and ideas in a focused manner. Remember to put your thinking caps on!
