Promoting a culture of accountability takes organization and structure. This tool was developed to help your network, organization, or collaboration do just that, thanks to Tamarack co-CEO Liz Weaver, and the Learning Centre team!

People leading and/or participating in community change efforts can fill out this template to identify and define who is responsible for what within their collective of staff or volunteers. This process will assist organizations in ensuring efficient, organized, and equitable leadership in their community change endeavors.

This tool is designed to complement the [Accountability Matrix tool](https://www.tamarackcommunity.ca/interactive-tools/tool-accountability-matrix-building-an-accountability-matrix-to-guide-your-collaboration?hsLang=en-us), part of our [Collaborative Leadership and Governance Series](https://www.tamarackcommunity.ca/articles/collaborative-leadership-and-governance-article-series?hsLang=en-us).
