Nous avons demandé à l’un Phillip Mock, coordonnateur CBAJ, d’écrire sur son expérience avec le mentorat.

 Il décrit comment le terme mentorat (avec un « m » minuscule) est un concept qui a mûri et évolué au cours des trois dernières années à CBYF Chatham-Kent. Pour lui, le mentorat est l’établissement de relations mutuellement bénéfiques et ancrées dans le partage, la réciprocité, la tendresse et la coconstruction d’objectifs.
