Pour mettre fin à la pauvreté au niveau local, plus de 330 communautés à travers le Canada ont adopté une approche d’impact collectif – en créant des tables rondes multisectorielles, en s’engageant profondément auprès des communautés et en développant des plans de réduction de la pauvreté.

Cet article explore des exemples de réussite où les communautés canadiennes ont utilisé l’impact collectif pour réduire la pauvreté. Il examine comment les leçons apprises de ces expériences peuvent être appliquées à des transitions climatiques équitables, en tenant compte de la réputation du Canada d’être lent à agir sur le changement climatique.
