They are an essential skill in community change because they are used to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next. When crafted into a story, an impact evaluation can even help attract funders and collaborators, helping to further advance your community initiative.    Explore our own annual report and access tools to help you plan your impact journey, work towards sustainability, and tell your impact story.   A Look into the Past Year at Tamarack 2025 was a busy year for the Tamarack Institute: we developed our equity framework and action plan, championed the power of place in community change work, and offered a platform for community organizations to share their vision for powerful partnerships with philanthropy.
