Jennifer joined Tamarack to work with communities on Climate Transitions and the Sustainable Development Goals across Canada. She manages communities in British Columbia and Quebec and supports them through publications, coaching, events and research. 

Her background is in international development and has been heavily influenced by her travels, having lived and worked in 5 countries and 10 cities and visited many more. She is passionate about dismantling systemic racism and a fervent defender of gender equality, human rights and reproductive rights.  

She grew up between Paris, France and the Caribbean where she developed her interest in climate equity and social justice.  

Prior to joining the Tamarack Institute, Jennifer worked in a variety of nonprofits in Canada and the UK. She brings over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, event management, community engagement and communications gained through her roles with organizations such as WUSC, Prince's Trust Canada, NewCities, CDF Canada, Tree Canada, Age UK and others. An experienced facilitator, she enjoys connecting with people and accompanying them along their climate transition journey. 

Passionate about travels, she speaks fluent French, English and Creole, she's proficient in Spanish and is learning Japanese and Mandarin.  

In her free time, Jennifer stays active hiking, kayaking, cycling, and doing CrossFit. She also loves being creative and enjoys painting, writing fiction and making ceramic pieces. 

Now a dual citizen of France and Canada, she currently lives between Canada and South America.
