Hi there,

Equity and inclusion are two foundational principles that every changemaker needs to centre in their community change work. Tamarack Institute itself was founded on the belief that people with lived experience of oppressive systems must be part of transforming those systems. Whether we're working to transform large systems or looking to contribute to small-scale change efforts, success requires a thoughtful, inclusive, equity-based approach to defining the issue and building solutions.

In this month's edition of Engage!, we're highlighting two resources that can help changemakers apply an equity lens to their systems change work and make their workplace, events, and intiatives more inclusive.
