Hello there,

As we honour Indigenous Futures and Pride Month, we reflect on the leadership, resistance, and contributions of Indigenous and 2SLGBTQIA+ people in shaping more just and loving futures. This moment calls us to create space for voices historically excluded from decision-making.

At Tamarack, our Seeds of Transformation framework, Strategy for Belonging, and Collective Impact Self-Assessment Tool offer practical ways to name and close these gaps. These tools can help you reflect on who is at the table, how trust is built, and how to move from intention to action. They support leaders and communities in developing the mindset, heartset, and skillset needed to embed equity and belonging in everyday work. As we imagine futures rooted in sovereignty, joy, collective care, and an end to poverty in all of its forms, we invite you to consider how your initiatives include, honour, and are shaped by those most impacted, and how your work can become a space of belonging for all.
