The practice of collaboration has evolved since the first article about collective impact went viral in 2011. Many communities are implementing collective impact strategies and there are early signs of results. There is also now a critical mass of learning that points to the need to upgrade the initial collective impact framework.
In this webinar, Liz Weaver and Mark Cabaj – who have been working on collective impact initiatives since 1997 – share their insights about the evolution of collective impact and what it will take to get to transformative community change.
